DEADLINE for submitting proposals (panels and papers comprising them, free oral presentations, audiovisual presentations, posters, book presentations, workshops, and special formats).
DEADLINE for payment of registration with REDUCED FEE. All registration requests received after May 5 will be charged the full fee, without exception.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE for individuals with PROPOSALS ACCEPTED by the Scientific Committee (authors and co-authors).
Registration deadline for those who are not submitting proposals and wish to attend as observers.
Authors of ACCEPTED PROPOSALS for the 12th Congress who have not completed their registration—that is, paid the registration fee and sent the relevant documentation in each case—by the deadline (May 18, 2026) will not be included in the Congress Program and will not be able to present their proposals at the Congress.
No payments will be refunded after May 19, 2026.
